Monica Zesch (she/her) is a St. Louis born and based dance artist. She began her journey at Dance Incorporated MPA, and later, continued her training at COCA. Graduating with her B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance and Choreography from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, she’s extensively trained in classical, commercial, and contemporary genres. When she’s not dancing herself, Monica enjoys her days teaching yoga throughout the community. She’s also proud to be a teacher for the next generation at her alma mater, Dance Incorporated. Inspired by the artists she works with, Monica’s multi-genre choreography celebrates each dancer’s individuality while weaving a distinct narrative in every piece. This year, Monica is excited to join St. Louis Dance Theater as a company artist, where she will continue to perform and create for the city that she loves.
