Bibi Tourinho: I have loved dance since I was a little girl. Dance has always been a happy place for me and a language my body uses to communicate and express itself. I started dancing at the age of three. Right after I moved, I joined Dance inc. and have complete 8 years of dancing with them. They have given me the opportunity to have done so many different styles of dance as ballet, tap, jazz, poms, and hip hop. I am so grateful for all the memories, from inside the classrooms to the stage, Dance inc has brought me. I can’t thank my teachers enough for pushing me to be the best dancer I can be. After graduating, I plan to spend a semester back in Brazil, to spend more time with my family, friends, and culture. Then I plan on coming back to study Fashion Merchandising. I will miss the Dance inc family so much, and will cherish all the years I spent with them.

My name is Cassidy Barger and I have been dancing for fourteen years. Dance Inc. has been my home for thirteen of those years and has been so inviting and an amazing experience. I am very thankful to all of my teachers in the past, especially Lauren Halloran and Lauren Broglin who have taken me under their wings and taught me how to be a better dancer and teacher. In sixth grade, I was given the opportunity to start my dream job, a dance teacher. I was not actually the teacher, but a demonstrator. I am so blessed to have had this opportunity because it has not only furthered my dance education, but also allowed me to learn what it is like to teach my favorite thing to young kids. This year I was given the opportunity to be a dance instructor and it has been so much fun and has taught me so many things. I hope in the future to keep dancing and teaching dance. In the fall, I am attending Southeast Missouri State; I will be studying Family and Consumer Sciences Education. I am sad to see my time at Dance Inc. is over, but I know that I am ready for my next chapter in life. Thank you again to everyone who have made my dreams come true.

Anna Minichiello: I can not thank Dance Incorporated enough for the past six years. It has been a blessing to be able to share my passions with so many incredible people. I would like to thank all of my teachers and choreographers for pushing me to be my best and instilling such a strong love of dance inside of me. To my dance friends, I love you all more than you could ever imagine. Seeing your faces daily made life so much more enjoyable. Although I am so sad to leave, I could not be more grateful for how this studio has shaped me into the person I am today. I got so lucky to be asked to try out a summer class six years ago by Miss Jeannine. I will be attending the University of Arkansas in the fall to study Graphic Design. Although it’s going to be weird not being at the studio seven days a week, I can not wait to come back and see where the future takes you all!

Eleanor Woods: I’ve been going to Dance Inc. since I was 9 years old, and it’s bittersweet to see such a great chapter of my life come to a close. I have many people to thank for making my time at Dance Inc. all that it’s been. First, I would like to thank my teammates, who are also my close friends. Thank you guys for always supporting me, sharing tons of laughs with me, and most of all always inspiring me with your talent. Next, thank you to all my amazing teachers. Each and every one of you has pushed me to be a better dancer. Thank you all for nurturing my passion, and teaching me things I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. Finally, I’d like to thank my mom. Thank you for all the times you drove me to classes and competitions, for working hard to make sure I could do what I love, and for always believing in me. I’m looking forward to attending St. Louis Community College in the fall, but am sad to see my time at Dance Inc. come to an end. Dance Inc. has been my home away from home for many years, and has been a place for me to grow and learn. Whenever I had a bad day, going to dance would make me feel better. And for that, I’m forever grateful for Dance Inc.

Ellie Chamberlin: Starting dance at such a young age, I never imagined how big of an impact a sport could have on me. I have been at this studio since before I was even born, and it’s hard to accept that my time here is coming to an end. This team has brought me the best of friends and support system. Dance has taught me how to reach goals, the value of hard work, how to be a good teammate, and so much more. I want to thank my whole family for continuing to push me to be my best, supporting me through everything, and giving me my love for dance. They have helped me navigate through life, kept me balanced, and believed in me when I didn’t. Thank you to my teachers for not only pushing me to work hard in the classroom, but for teaching me valuable life lessons. And thank you to my friends and the girls I have grown up with for the past 16 years. You all have really made being at the studio more enjoyable and have made memories that will be hard to forget. I am excited to be following my mother’s footsteps and attend Mizzou in the fall where I will major in Business and minor in Community Service. Dance Incorporated and everyone involved will always hold a special place in my heart and I couldn’t thank each and everyone of you enough.
